-0 review , I had been advising Cartrack that I sick have been in hospital for a year and I can’t afford it and I don’t have the car anymore I received UIF last month they deduct 800 I just received UIF today they took 300 they took me cancellation is 1100 whenI enquire they said I was not paying for cancellation I broke down because I ve lost everything house cars cried like child I felt I don’t want to live anymore the consultant told me I can kill myself if I want I signed a contract and even if I die the debt will be there, I feel so difited UIF is not much it just to buy food we are even bathing with a dishwasher soap to save cost

Bad bad and bad experience I rented a property from them 1229 Crows Nest Featherbrooke Estate for 50k a month for 2 years but I had to cut the two years to 14 months my problem started 3rd month in the property received a electricity bill if 26k when I requested the agent to investigate he showed no interest and indicated it’s probably the floor heaters the property was advertised as it had a jacuzzi up until I left it never worked but I paid for it my problem mounted where there’s no electricity they will be no water the agent will pass the responsible to the owner as and when it suits him the electricity bill became a huge issue it will be 20k 14k 19k to a point I requested for pre paid for to be installed but that also took its tall I the gave a notice to vacate the property because it became too much with monthly rental of 50k and electricity bill of 20k then the owner instructed Eskom to cut off service I was left without water and electricity for almost a week and have small kids on formula and napkins had to move my kids to my sister place the owner then sent her friend to come and harassing me and telling me it’s her house and that we all go through financial problems when I asked the agent what’s the owner doing at the property he said he’s only responsible for leasing I have paid a deposit of 105k it’s still being held by them with the interest earned they asking if garage motor that I was never aware of that was in the property that I’ve occupied for 14 months and the hoover basin stops and some rubber mat there’s no where in there contact where I take accountability of these items when I asked them about the jacuzzi that I paid for that never worked they blame it on Covid the electricity bill when I asked for concern to get records from Eskom directly they refused
Apple Store Clear Water I bought a i phone 11 on the 31 July 2020 for 18k after two weeks the devise had a problem return it to the shop it was taken in and I was given i phone 8 as loan while I had it I was hospitalized and it cracked the corner back side as big as thump When I was discharged and went to collect my i phone 11 I was told that they couldn’t repair it and they were giving me a new device but when I requested for different color it was refused and I was also told it would not come in the box it was very strange. When they saw that the loan phone had a crack I was asked to pay 10k for it and they will keep it I debated with them that if I m paying for the full value then I should keep it unless if I’m paying access for insurance they refused so the they kept my i 11 until I came up with 10k , I went took overdraft went back to the store they managed to give me discount ended up paying 7600 for the i 8 they took the money and the phone They gave me the supposed new i11 went home with it within a week it’s started giving problems flicking a black screen voletarily I took it back and now waiting So I have spent 18k for i11 and 7.6k for i8 but I don’t have a phone within a one month. i have been covered by outsurance since 2015 for my business which is a Day Spa and hair Salon in the cover its included cover for products for an amount of plus minus 160K Policy Number OT20760448. due to worlds lockdown the shop was closed on the 27th of march 2020 and we were only allowed to open last week of June 2020 we then opened on the 1st of July 2020 on opening some of our products were spoiled due to that fact that were opened and no used for months. when i put a claim it was rejected ( claim No. 13396595) and told they do not cover for contamination when i explain that the products could not be contaminated as there are not living my products were spoil because of the country's lockedown it was indicated that they do not cover for lockedown and referred me to the clause that speak of contamination and the policy never indicated Country locked down its only talk of war ********* acts
