Please review the date it was sent and relate the date with all relevant calls made to my contact and compare if any resolve was undertaken. This lack of acknowledgement is unacceptable and only reinforces the pattern of poor customer service that I and many others have experienced with your company. It is clear from my own interactions, and from public complaints on platforms such as Hello Peter, that Lemorgan is quick to call regarding a single missed payment, yet consistently fails to respond to legitimate product and service concerns. My own case is a prime example: numerous calls were made to my contact number regarding a once-off debit order error, but not a single call has been made to address my formal complaint about product safety and quality. The cast iron pots I purchased remain a serious concern. When used on gas stoves or open fires, the entire pot, including the handles and knobs—overheats, creating a dangerous burn risk. These products fall far short of what was promised and are not aligned with acceptable safety or quality standards. As they are still under guarantee, I am insisting that they be reviewed and replaced without delay. Lemorgan’s reputation, as reflected in multiple dissatisfied customer reviews, shows that I am not alone in my experience. Customers are consistently voicing their frustration, yet nothing meaningful appears to be done. If this matter is not resolved immediately and professionally, I will have no choice but to escalate further through appropriate consumer protection channels. I expect a formal response within 7 business days outlining the steps that will be taken to resolve this complaint. Sincerely,

I placed an order for a pet tag with a company online named Pet Tag 4 Life - www.pettag4life.co.za round about the 5th December 2021 and it is the 2nd time to request for a package resend from the company only to discover online that the so called business I dealt with is a scam. I have request on numerous emails for the packaging tracking number as well as the service provider but to no avail. I am no in turn wish to notify online scam portfolio that the public are to be made aware and seek somehow to have this web site blocked. They are not South African. - www.pettag4life.co.za
