Worst experience. Booked at Menlyn Maine Apartments via Airbnb. Got told apartment is occupied. Although I paid for the night. Had to drive back to out of town home during early hours of the evening. Very disappointed.

Truworths is committing fraud
I paid my account at Truworths Hartbeespoort last weekend and since the 30th of January this amount is debited from my account at 24:00. I phoned the call centre yesterday and they said they're working on the problem. 24hours later and it happened again!! I phoned my bank this morning and they said Truworths haven't given a solution how to pay back their customers yet. So now I have to be patient while money gets deducted from my account every night??? Truworths haven't even send out correspondence to its customers to apologize for this and in the meantime my account gets debited without my authorization. This is fraud!!! Once my account is paid in full - which will happen soon as Truworths deducts amounts as they please - I'm closing my account and won't buy at Truworths again as one cannot even use your bank cards in their stores safely!!!!
