Ottoman Home Decor Poor after sale customer service
Online order of couch with daybed image on website is misleading. The daybed looks smaller and the icon used shows it as much smaller than it actually is. It was delivered yesterday and we immediately asked to return it as it is too big. We were told no. We got what we ordered. Very upset that supplier cannot understand consumer rights when purchasing products online are protected. We did not have an opportunity to see the product before delivery. Consumer admitted not the first time they get this complaint but insists we are wrong. Bizarre. Bad bad customer care. They could not care less about positive customer referral.

They use different names: on Uptasker they ****med me with SM CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPING. Their quote says The yard squad; the bank account is Enviro Grass Tyme Bank. Mike Shandu. They took a deposit for grass and disappeared.
