I did not make a purchase from this company. It was my intention to purchase a couch/couches. I did my due diligence by asking appropriate questions. I was told there was a no refund policy in relation to returning items if applicable. Mind you, I am not located in the same province as this business. When I drew awareness about the potential *******ity of the blanket no refund policy (in relation to the CPA), I was equated to terms like disgruntled and told that maybe it was best that I do not make a purchase. As someone interacting with this business for the first time, I found this to be grossly inappropriate. A more appropriate response would have been to simply say thank you for the feedback and that it would be escalated to the legal team for further consideration. I would be very very weary about making any purchase from them if this is the attitude from the off...Once they have your money, good luck with getting it back...

I ordered couches online and had shared a picture of the couches I wanted. They were going to customize them for me the way I had requested with the colour I chose. The couches were delivered yesterday and honestly, I am not happy with them. They said the picture I sent to them of the couch was the same as their Modena Modular suite and has an extra back rest piece and ottoman. The couches as much as are modena, they are separating when sitting on them (They supposed to be a u-sharp/l-shape). I was told I didn't mention I needed hooks, how was I supposed to know about the hooks, why wasn't I advised? I paid R12499 for these couches and expected to get good quality. Looks like I spent R3000 for them. I have asked that they collect these couches as I should have a return policy if not happy with my purchase. Either they fix what I don't like, or I go to their store and pick couches worth the price I paid for. They are telling me to give it 2/3 weeks and they should be fine. Imagine this. I am not in any position to give it 2/3 more weeks, I don't like the work on those couches (the stitch) looks so unprofessional and as a customer, they must do something. The couches are hard as a rock. The colour looks more yellowish than the beige I chose. The comfort of these are terrible. The extra back rest that they mentioned is not there. When sitting on them, the backrest is so painful hard too. You can get backaches from them.

I ordered and cancelled my order within 3 hours, They are refusing to cancel and refund. I cancelled via WhatsApp and email and it was in the afternoon, so they did not start making anything. They are refusing to give my money back.

On 20 August I purchased a couch online from this business and cancelled within in hours. This is well within my right as per the CPA, you can rescind a transaction within 5 days. As this all happened in the evening, they did not even start making the couch yet. They are refusing to refund me, forcing me to follow the long process of reversing the transaction through my bank.

I ordered and did not like the long time it takes to deliver and realized the measurements will not work in my lounge. I cancelled within 3 hours and this business is refusing to refund me, I now have to go through the long process of getting my bank to reverse the transaction at extra cost to me. This is ********* business practices because the CPA allows you to rescind any transaction within 5 days. I cancelled in hours in the afternoon, so nothing was lost by them, yet they are holding onto my money, very greedy and very shady.

This is the worst company I could have work with. They promised 14 day turn around ,give or take a few days for delivery. After 38 WORKING days, no couches! They just tell us it is our problem as courier company picked it up, but no one gives answers on where the couches are! I paid everything once as they do not start eith production and now they do not care that they took my money, but I am also not getting my couches. Thus *****ing my money and then the lady that answers ons whatsapp or phone is so rude! Does not help what so ever just tells you that you must stop bugging her for answers. Do not use this company! They are the biggest **** and i am do so dissapointed beyond words!

I placed an order on 14 January 2024 and according to the website, orders take 7-14 working days, however orders outside of Gauteng may take a few extra days depending on courier companies). It has now been 31 working days AFTER the order was placed and the couches have not been delivered yet. Feedback from Miriam on the Whatsapp account has been absolutely USELESS!! She keeps on giving me false information about where the couches are and blamed the failure of delivery on the courier company, which only received our couches on 21 February, however I was told it was delivered already on 5 February and that the courier is waiting for the truck to be full before it is shipped to CT. Do not use this company! They are full of lies and deceiving their customers!

Online order of couch with daybed image on website is misleading. The daybed looks smaller and the icon used shows it as much smaller than it actually is. It was delivered yesterday and we immediately asked to return it as it is too big. We were told no. We got what we ordered. Very upset that supplier cannot understand consumer rights when purchasing products online are protected. We did not have an opportunity to see the product before delivery. Consumer admitted not the first time they get this complaint but insists we are wrong. Bizarre. Bad bad customer care. They could not care less about positive customer referral.
