Buyer beware

I did not make a purchase from this company. It was my intention to purchase a couch/couches. I did my due diligence by asking appropriate questions. I was told there was a no refund policy in relation to returning items if applicable.

Mind you, I am not located in the same province as this business. When I drew awareness about the potential *******ity of the blanket no refund policy (in relation to the CPA), I was equated to terms like disgruntled and told that maybe it was best that I do not make a purchase.

As someone interacting with this business for the first time, I found this to be grossly inappropriate.

A more appropriate response would have been to simply say thank you for the feedback and that it would be escalated to the legal team for further consideration.

I would be very very weary about making any purchase from them if this is the attitude from the off...Once they have your money, good luck with getting it back...
