I am very concerned about the general security and accuracy of Shyft as a trading platform, especially given the fact that it is backed by Standard Bank. Transactions concluded on the share platform are just missing from one's transaction history. I have raised these issues with the support team almost a month ago. Zero feedback from them other than "our support teams are investigating". If one selects a trading platform associated with a renowned bank, one would expect at least the level of service comparable to the bank itself. How can a support team investigate a matter for a full month with absolutely ZERO solid answers?
