Stay away! Refund not paid from August 2023
Stay far away from this company. This company promised me a refund in August and it is now December. The owner does not take my calls and have not to date refunded my money. R2650 of my hard earned money has not been refunded to me. I made payment on 9 July 2023 for a freezer that they could not deliver and ever since I haven't received a refund.

Unprofessional services
Very unprofessional. The company delayed our delivery and then did not delivery one box. When asked the say they were investigating and cannot give any details or a time frame. The company is ********* and now claim that my box that was checked into their truck and warehouse did not leave my premises. The driver and administrator confirmed that the box will be delivered the following week only to be told by management that there is no box to deliver. Their staff also off loaded my items spelling of drugs and alcohol.

N&N Retails is a ****!!!!
N&N Retailers is a ****!!! I bought and paid for a freezer on 9 July 2023 and have not received much delivery or a refund. I have been communicating with owner Nizam Smith every day and all I get are lies upon lies. It's been over a month now and Nizam of N&N Retailers has wasted my time and have ****** me. I have not received a refund yet and I don't get proper communicate. N&N Retailers/ Nizam are ****mers, they are *****ulent and this is a warning to anyone considering to purchase any item from them. I am waiting for my refund and will not rest until I get my money. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people.
