Vumatel and active Fibre are giving extremely poor service I have been down since the 3rd of July no one is taking accountability... Active fibre says it's Vuma and Vuma says it's active Fibre. Vuma ticket number is 00161857. I met 4 vumatel service cars in the area I asked for assistance and 1 told me to prepare cold drink when they come and never came when I said I don't have... It's funny how it has come to this level it's like I'm begging for service I'm paying for
Active Fibre was just made me lose faith in Fibre internet... I have been down since the 3rd of July. And no one seems to be able to take accountability and they blaming vumatel as if I'm vuma's client I pay active Fibre they must must make sure that I have service. No one calls me I have wasted over R1000 in this period just to call the center and after 4pm no answers the call. It's funny and I'm curious to see how thier task reports are handle by the managers who don't seem to care about thier clients and don't want to speak to clients in a market that's growing in SA everyone needs fibre but who's providing the best service I won't recommend anyone to join active fibre as it stands I'm paying for something I dont have access to and I will be expected to pay in full and not to mention extremely poor speeds n ping for the past months...
