Earlier this year I took my car in for a major service at S & S Services in Uitenhage. About 4 weeks later my service light came on. I went back to the service provider and reported this problem and one gentleman was asked to looked at the car for me. He then came back to me and told me that they can't switch the light off and they said I should take it elsewhere to get this done. Initially I had asked if they were able and had the resources to service my car and they told me that they could and that they service all car makes. Therefore I don't understand how they could make this promise if they weren't going to be able to do a simple thing such as switch off a service light. I have since taken my car to Maritime Motors to get this problem sorted however they charged me R850 for an assessment and they further required more money to switch the light off, which I couldn't afford. I would like S&S Services to compansate me for the money I wasted on that assessment as well as sort out my service light. Or I will be taking this up with RMI. I feel that the motor industry is always taking advantage of female customers and this must stop.
I'm a loyal Mango airlines customer and I have always been pleased with the level service I receive from your employees, on and off the flight.
On the 7th of September 2014 I had a booking for a flight from JHB to PE. On my way to the airport I noticed that I was going to miss check in and I called the Mango Offices to find out if they can book me for the next available flight. The lady that assisted me told me that I could not be booked for another flight and that I have forfeited my ticket. I asked her how is this possible as I have missed my Mango flight before in Cape Town and they told me to go to the help desk to make another booking and pay a small fee and she said to me \this is Joburg"and they don't do that there. So I ended up not going through to the office and made alternative arrangements to travel to PE. Last month I was in CPT flying Mango again and I inquired about this and the lady that assisted me told me that all Mango branches have the same rules and that what the lady in JHB told me was misinformation.
I would like to be refunded the amount that I lost and I would also like to see that the lady that I spoke to on the phone is dealt with accordingly. I had a lease for a period of 4 years where by I paid R7335 as a deposit, however when I moved out last year they simply refused to give me back my deposit. I was told that there was money in arrears from my rental account. My account was up to date and they could not tell me which month was not paid. And the last person I spoke to told me that she could not help and that the person who was dealing with my account had resigned. All I want is my money back and the interest which it has accumulated over the years.
