My fiancee was admitted on the 20th of December 2023 and was transfered to Groenkloof on the 29th December 2023 the admin at Dr Francois by the name of Burnett is giving us the runaround we emailed the form to be filled in by the doctor and re question medical certificate for that period aswell which the employer of my fiance is looking for it otherwise she won't get paid the doctor already claimed his cost but we not getting any joy from him.
Bad service received last week from this two companies, I ordered some goods from take a lot and because I did not have money in the bank I opted for paying cash and on my check out it gave me the option of paying via mukuru so it gave me a quote to pay with at shoprite of which I did, not knowing that pay fast has just launched that product with mukuru last week so and I was victim because the system could not pay my take a lot goods and I lost on the special and pay fast arranged for refund which they said it will take two working days and it was Friday which means I have to wait 4 days the consultants for both companies are not trained for customer care bad service I will never use this companies anymore.
It was the first time calling Dotsure and I was assisted by Lucia who explained the policy that I took for my new car and I was very satisfied and she gave me options and I send her an email a day after to tell her that I am interested big ups Dotsure
