Purchased an item on the 12/12/2025 as a Christmas gift for an employee From the day I received notification to say the item was delivered and it was not I have been contacting Makro. It has been over 10 calls and 1 month later still no Refund or Replacement Disgraceful service
Reported a hail damage claim 6 months after incident. No issues with claims logging process

Nompumelo was able to reduce my montly premiums when every company is squeezing us for more. Competition companies like the green and purple one were willing to charge me double what Miway offering me.
I had to return an item and was going away. I called Makro and a friendly customer care consultant arranged a special collection to ensure the parcel was collected before i left. Few days later after receiving step by step communication i was refunded. Excellent service Makro.

i have been trying to cancel membership for 3 months. I tried calling the call centre several times and when i got a hold of a consultant i was told because i am not giving 20 days notice their is a fee that has to be paid. To avoid the fee i must call on the 1st which was identified as their busy period. i was requested to call back on the 1st and when i tried several times everyday for the 1st week of the month and held the line until the call got disconnected and sending a contact me message with no response. why is it so easy to join but so hard to cancel?
