I have recently bought parts for my vehicle from Start My Car and im pleased to say it was the best experience sofar. I Ordered the parts on Monday evening and by Tuesday evening it was shipped to me. Received it within 3 day from date of shipping. Parts are a perfect replacement. I will definitely order bew parts from Start my car again.
Non existent service from SA Post Office and Tyger Valley Post Office. Ive been waiting since November 2018 for my parcel that i never received. Apparently its been at Tygervalley Post Office for months now. No one contacted me at all to collect. Is this the norm for the post office of South Africa? I have to pay up even more money to get my parcel reshipped back to me and thats if i ever get it. Or a refund. Why must a customer struggle so much. This is unacceptable.
This morning i received an sms stating that my data bundle has been depleted. I would live to know how that can be seeing that i always have my mobile data off on my phone. And to top it all off i have wifi at work and home. This is theft.
Seriously bad service. Package was in SA end of November. Took around 3months to go from Jhb hub to CT hub. Since then ive still been waiting for my parcel. Its been lying at the CT hub since the 13th of Feb. 2019. Sent through numerous emails and waisted alot of my time on the phone. No response. No service. Nothing. It seems to me this is the norm for South African companies.
I have an item from abroad that has arrived at the Customs hub on the 24th of November 2018. It has yet to be released and sent to me. This is really poor and unreliable of the post office of South Africa. I've been trying to get hold of any one at the Hub, but all i get is an automated service stating there are high call volumes. After around 2 minutes of holding it just cuts off. I would love to know what will be done about this for my parcel was to be delivered already and no one can give me a straight answer. I am fed up with the lack of service by the post office. Rather put some one in charge that actually wants to do their job and also has pride in it. WHEN will i be getting my item???
We have been having problems with ABSA since Jan regarding fraud. And not little money. Huge sums. The IRS are investigating absa at the moment. And yet again this morning R23500 out of our account with the same reff as before. What the flying ********** How long is this going to go on? Its now over R 150 000 that absa ows us because of their incompatance. Now its the clients problem to go into town, get an affidavit and then only after 6 to 8 weeks we might get our money back. This is unacceptable. They know that there is a problem. Why not sort it out. They already found that its been an internal problem. Some one in absa has been doing this. Its been proven!!! I believe a criminal case against absa is the next step. Incompetent, arrogant and self righteous comes to mind when thinking of absa and its employees.
I ordered breakfast off the macdonalds app on my phone. A Mega Mac****in meal. I recieved it in good time. When i through my coffee in a mug at work i noticed something falling out of the paper cup with the coffee. I took a s**** and s****ed it out. A piece of paper towel was in my coffee. I had to throw it away. Money down the drain. My order number on the app was 1-15/02/2018/28887. I realy did not expect this.
Telkom are a bunch of fruadsters. Ive cancelled my accound with telkom on the 4th of August 2017. I phine in on the 4th of September to find out whats my final amount that im due. They told me to wait till the 17th of September. When i phoned in again on the 17th they told me to wait till the 25th. By then i started getting aggravate. They are stuffing me around. Now i got a bill of over R1091 for a service thats been canceled on istn working any more. How in Gods green earth does any one trust a company like that? This is unacceptable and extreamly unprofessional. I will not pay a single cent till my bill is sorted out. If they want to go to court i will gladly. I have all the necessary documentation and evidence to support myself.
Every month since i got my lanline and internet from telkom they have been double charging me. And every time i phone in to dispute it they wount help me. This is fraud. How is any one to trust a company like telkom when they do this. I signed a contract for R799 a month. All inclusive. Now im being charged R1 284,33. This is unacceptable!!! I will open a cival law suite against telkom and also make sure my story is in all the papers.

Every month end my bill is twice the amount i signed for. They charge me twice for everything, including dsl and line rental. Seriously?!!! And three kwarters of the time i dont even have a stable line. Nor even a line to use. This is dishonest and so typical. If our president can do it why cant telkom. This is south africa after all. No matter how many times i complaine and log an issue no one at this f up company wants to sort out the problem. I am fed up with this. Telkom kan take their greed and shuve it. I refuse to pay anything till they give me a propper appology in writing and an explanation why they did this to their clients. I am also going to go to Carte Blanch and the national consumer act. </p>
