I went to The Baxter on NYE for the second time. What a wonderful show and great speedy service at the bar. Look forward to my next visit to the Baxter.
I tried to collect my petrol card from Nedbank V&A Waterfront branch earlier today and after waiting for over thirty minutes without anyone giving me any indication of when I’ll be served and no one available to ask, I got up to see if I could find someone to find out. I spoke to the security guard who turned her back on me while I spoke to her and after asking her twice, she told me that she doesn’t work here. I asked if she could refer me to someone who could and she pointed to a gentleman who then took my slip and said that he’d try and assist and that I only had one person in front of me in the queue. He then disappeared and I found Sibongile who then found the first gentleman and he asked Sibongile to assist me. Sibongile reluctantly proceeded to attend to me and told me that the other customers have been waiting just as long and that he won’t be able to assist me now. I’m not sure which customers because I was told that I’m next in the queue. I’m very disappointed in the non-service I have experienced today especially as I'm a proud Nedbank supporter and customer.
