Booked a table for 6 only to be put at an unmade table with no glassware or cutlery while the reserved table opposite us was fully prepared. Service really not great.
Tiday I united the Tygervalley branch to upgrade me daughter's cellphone. After all the paperwork has been signed, the new Debit Order ma date approved ( which I confirmed with my bank) they were unable to issue me with the handset as the Telkom systems did not yet indicate the mandate had een approved by myself. It is very surprising that when the mandate is created by the Telkom assistant it took less than a minute to reflect in banking app. Yet after more than 2 hours my approval was still not available on the Telkom system. And the respo se I received from the assistant is that it could take 2 minutes, 20 minutes or 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable especially since they have signed documents with my signature for the handset. And when I tried calling Telkom, the nessage on the phone system refers to loadshedding which we haven't experienced in more than 100 days. The incompetence of the Telkom system now requires another trip to the branch on another day, heaven alone knows when after I have taken time off work to deal with this matter. Completely unacceptable!
So after dumping Telkom as a service provider and canceling an order with MTN I apply to Afrihost for Fibre as I have received great reports. My order is placed and approved on 6th of August, the router delivered on the 7th... I'm impressed... Only 11 days later i am told Vumatel can't find my address (even though I've had Vuma Fibre before). So I call Vuma only to be told Afrihost has never placed the order. To say I am livid is an understatement especially since 3 different Afrihost consultants apologized profusely and promised the order has been placed. I explained the urgency of my Fibre requirements as I work from home but clearly as a customer my needs are not important. Afrihost, you are a complete disappointment.
So after putting a review on Hello Peter I received an SMS from Vodacom advising that a consultant will call me... Needless to say no one has contacted me. I have had my contract with Vodacom since 1994 but I'm seriously considering canceling all my contracts with them, their service really sucks
I have been trying to port my Prepaid Vodacom number to FNB Connect as the number is linked to my banking profile. After calling for days and operator picked up my call and once I explained what I needed she proceeded to disconnect the call. This is confirmation that I should in fact cancel all my contracts with Vodacom too
As a group of ladies we went to Bossa Soneike for ****tails. Every ****tail we had was terrible. It seems there was no alcohol in the ****tails. We complained, had no response from management... All in all, a very bad experience!
