INFINITY HOMES and Rentals

Please be careful when dealing with MICHELLE CLARKE of INFINITY HOMES AND RENTALS. I tasked her to source tenants for my property, which she did and went on to persuade me to rent out my cottage as well since this was a big family. I was not happy with rental fees but since my bond was in arrears I took the compromised offer anyway. Tenants moved in early with a promise to pay deposit and all fees by 1st of April 2024. I agreed. Came the 1st of April, NO payment whatsoever. I then asked tenants who confirmed Michelle had directed them to make all payments into her business account instead, they even supp**** all proof of emails and deposits. To this day Michelle is not taking my calls nor returned my money. Pls know her for who she is, a pathogical ****, a ***** who is out to tarnish the good image of principled Estate Agents...Be warned !!!
