<p>I fell on hard times due to my life partner becoming very ill. They phoned me continuously regarding my arrears even though I explained that I was just going through a bad patch and would get my account up to date. I had never skipped a payment before. I brought my account up to date on the 25th January but they still haven't allocated the payments made to my account despite many emails and daily phone calls to them. You cannot speak to the allocations people and the call centre keeps telling me 3 days... 3 days. After 6 days they STILL haven't done anything.</p>
Our precious pet, 14 years old, was suffering. He weighed about 80kgs and we couldn't pick him up. The vet we usually use wouldn't help, SPCA said we must bring him in tomorrow but FORA gave us a number of Dr Clive at Ontdekkers Animal Hospital who immediately arranged for transport and was here within half an hour of our desperate call. Unfortunately we lost Charlie this afternoon but the compassion and kindness shown to us by this hospital will always be remembered. Thank you so much,
