Well she worked hard for my claim to be paid out and I appreciate all the effort and time she put in and I want to make sure she is not just overlooked. She did a great job and I want to thank her properly.
I complained before about my phone being damaged and was followed up and was told now that I had to take the phone in to be assessed. Now I didn't like this since I had to ride very far to do just that. But I did it nonetheless and I explicitly requested a replacement and not a repair. So I took it in to your Buccleuch walk in centre, gave the phone in and a while later received a sms saying I can pick up my phone. So I went and retrieved it, happy to have it back, only to find that it was REPAIRED and not REPLACED. This is illegal, this is breaking the law. I called the repair centre and they confirmed that the phone has been repaired, which I'll say once again, IS NOT WHAT I REQUESTED. I ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT. REPLACEMENT. REPLACEMENT. REPLACEMENT. Now I'll be nice. I'll give cell c until tomorrow, Tuesday 14 April 2015, to send my new phone to me. I'm not picking it up. No but or maybe or not your policy. I don't give a rats ass what cell c wants. I'm following the law. I'll be waiting for a call to say when exactly I'll be getting my phone. Thank you.
So I got a BlackBerry Passport from cell c in December. Now it's march and my headphone jack no longer works. Cell c tells me I must send the phone in for repairs before anything can happen. I'm not paying R500 a month to sit 21 days without a phone. My phone is defective, and as by the law, the customer protection act, I have the right to demand a repair, refund or replacement.

I choose to have my phone replaced. I don't care what your policies are or what procedures you want to follow. The law gives me the right to choose an option.

I don't want someone calling me to ask if they can help. If someone from cell c calls me, I want to hear where and when I can pick up my new phone in the pretoria area. I don't want excuses, I want my phone replaced, end of story, no further discussion.
