This is a Dstv installer and came to sort out an error that we had. They found the problem and connected the cables by only twisting the cables together and not using the proper connections, now they don't answer my calls or messages. would like to warn people from these unprofessional installers. I can not believe that Dstv would allow these installers to use their name on their website https://technosats.co.za/ They are called Technosats number 081 372 4700 and email: infotechnosats@gmail.com
I am so unhappy with vodacom. I asked for a premature cancellation quotation on the 19th of march 2015. I agreed to the quotations and paid it in full on the 23rd of march 2015 as the quotations stipulate that it is only valid for 7 days. On the 4th/5th of may 2015 a debit order of the amount that was paid by myself on the 23/03/2015 went off my bank account. I did query the matter and they told me that it has to be credited back in to my account. I keep phoning and everyone in cancellation, customer care and accounts department keep telling me that the account is still under investigation and that a consultant will phone me. I am still waiting. VODACOM IS QUICK TO CUT YOU'RE LINE, AND TO TAKE YOU'RE MONEY, BUT WHEN WILL THEY GIVE BACK MY MONEY. YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO PHONE ME. MY ACCOUNT NUMBER: QC446791/5
