I bought i smart watch from Senbono South Africa, at the end of October 2025. Im a watch fanatic and there AFT66 just looked like a everyday wear watch in this busy world. I was intrigue with there slogan, SMART, STRONG, and STYLISH. The watch exceeded my expectation and i could track my health, use it whilsh swimming, just a good quality watch. On the beginning of the week, my watch fell of my arm, and i though that the pin on the strap came loose, but on closure inspection i found that the watch casing broke off were the pin for the strap goes. So the watch might be SMART, STYLISH but idoubt if it's STRONG. I got hold of Senbono and attached the photos of the watch, and the only thing that they got to say is, sorry sir we can only sell you a new watch without the straps. Not even can we get the watch to see what could,ve gone wrong nothing. I am unhappy with this, 3 months of having this watch and it broke. So this will mean taking care of something just to know that the changes of it breaking again is good. I wish i could upload a photos of the condition of the watch, so you could see the condition on the watch, been looked after and no damage what so ever. Can you assist me. Regards Edwin
Hereby i want to start of that there is no expereience with Vox Telecoms. We ara a small maintenance company, and has been with Vox since 2020. We have a 20/20 mbps fatpipe bundle that is supposed to be unthrottled and uncapped business to home package. We started of with the 20/20 line that for a office and home was working fine. Vox changed the line to 50/50 and we were struggling every now and again. Now they upgraded the line to a 100/100 mbps line, worst internet that i have ever came accross. We contacted Vox in June, complaining about not having internet, or it is just bad. They told me to restart my routers and it will sort my problem out. Did that work fine for an hour or so and went bad again. We contacted them again, and they said that they will send out a technision, but it will be with a call out fee. I refused to pay, because they are supplying a service, and paying alot of money for there service. Vox changed our router free of charge, but the setting was not set up right. We had to get our own IT Tech out, that we had to pay over and above , he then noticed that our line in just 8 minutes had jumped through over 128 differant IP adresses. We requested with a letter send by Vox for our log in details to get access to our Microtik router, that we can try and get the setting right. After sending a unhappy email, stating that we want our internet fixed or we are going to cancel it, then only they rep**** with our log in details. We decided to not use it, because we would loose our warrentee on our devices. We requested again for them to sort our internet out, and then we had to comminicate via whats app messaging. They eventually phoned me and said that i had the wrong router, and need a Static Router, and they will put me through to sales so i can buy a new router. So how is that possible that we had our system installed by Vox, and now i need to pay for another router, they need to fix my Internet .Me as a paying client, is VERY VERY UNHAPPY, you guys are *****ing our hard earned money Quick to get your internet out there, but very very slow in helping with your ****py wifi. We even have a VOIP phone line, and with the wifi not working we have no fixed phone line that is working properly. Reading up on a 100/100 line that we have, it is big and strong enough for 4 - 6 people that is constantly on the wifi, that is not our case. I hope that my problem is sorted out ASAP, because at this point i will not be paying for your terrible service for this month, and will also be canceling my month to month service and my 24 month VOIP service as i cant use your ****ty Service. Our Vox Ref no for this case is VOX25090981 escalated to Evotel 165642. I also see that on all the reviews Vox rep****, " We will get the right department to assist and contact you" this is exacly the feeling that im getting from them, quick to reply but very slow to do anything to sort there problems out.
