Installs substandard pools and electrical work - no interest in after sales service
Absolutely shocking after sales service! This business has no interest to service or look after you once they have built your pool (which is of sub standard quality). Flow coat started peeling off after 1.5 years of building the pool. 1.5 year after re-flowcoating, the flow coat is coming off again. Poor quality electrical work, and now sit with pool lights that blow often. Reported these issues to Blue Lagoon. A month later and they have not even had the decency to call us back or respond to emails and various messages left. I now sit with a pool that is unsafe to use as the peeling flow coat poses a danger to children trying to swim, have no working lights in my pool, and what was supposed to be a show piece in our entertainment area, is now an embarrassment that we have to hide when we have visitors or friends over. I would not recommend this company at all.

Dream pool come true!
Blue Lagoon Pools went out of their way to help us design our dream pool. Not only did they assist in delivering on our challenging requests, but they went way beyond what was expected. They gave honest advice and didnt try to make more money from the project (which they could easily do if they wanted to). Lesley Bosman was personally involved with every step of the design, advice and built. He visited and oversaw the construction on a daily and sometimes on a twice a day basis, to ensure the built execution was in line with the plans. If something didnt make sense, or needed to change, they reacted immediately. Not only did the pool (with auto fill, knife edge overflow system, heated and fully home automated) come out great, but we are also getting constant compliments on how functional and ecstatically beautiful the pool looks and compliments our property. Being a perfectionist, and a difficult client to work worth, I think these guys should receive a medal for dealing with me, and delivering on time and as agreed. Thanks Blue Lagoon Pools, we are loving every day in our pool!
