MSC CRUISE - STILL WAITING TO BE CONTACTED
<p>Msc cruise</p> <p>Dear Glocell. I have been reading the hatemail over the past few months and your repetitive "its not my fault, deal with it" response . It's heart breaking to be a part of this corruption. Anyways for what it's worth I will add my story of disappointment to the list of unsatisfied customers. I guess you forgot to add to the terms and conditions that your customers are NOT king! After following Glocells cruise instructions to the T, my husband and i had booked our leave well in advance booked our flights and accommodation only to be told....no wait...I wasn't told anything by Glocell...only to find out that this was a scam. The worst part was that it broke my children's heart. R6500 wasted on flights and hotels and all we got was a "its not my problem, deal with it" response. Its been months....still waiting for a response. </p>
