- The longest waiting times (on-hold times) I have ever experienced. - Put in an order in early November 2023 and in 2024 it gets sorted AFTER I cancelled the service. - Line still isn't released. - PBX doesn't recognise one's account so you end up in loops - They keep putting me on hold or transferring me to other departments - They use MS Teams yet cannot effectively communicate with each other - Their systems and processes have failed me completely. - They aren't being served by a proper leader. Whoever is in charge is doing a really **** job of running the place. - Sales guys don't know the difference between ONT that can produce Wi-Fi and ONT that can't. They are under-trained to comprehensively do their job and effectively listen to the needs of the customer. There is a long list of things wrong with Mweb but these are the shortlist items off the top of my head. Signing up with them was the biggest mistake of my life. Doesn't matter if you are nice or Karen - they don't give a flying f... about providing service to their customers as a whole. However, the sum of the parts (Technical team, Sales-Support, etc) are nice people and humans just trying to do their job. I have never worked with such an *********** ISP.

Even changing the date of delivery (vehicle pickup) was done within 3-5 minutes! Crazy good for new policy holders.
