CLOUD SHOES, Cape Town
I ordered a pair of, what was advertised as 'Orthopaedic shoes'. The company creates the impression that it's a local, Cape Town company. The shoes were advertised for R799,00, free delivery and no taxes payable! It took around 5 weeks to eventually receive the shoes. I received a notification from the Post Office, informing me that I had to pay an additional R442,39 customs duty, which brought my total to R1242,39!! Over and above this, when I opened the parcel, I was shocked to see the poor quality of the shoes!! It is complete Chinese junk - not even worth R200,00! I spoke to a lady at Customs who informed me that they are aware of the fact that this company is scamming people through false advertising! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

No service from Telkom
My aunt is 84 years old. Her Telkom landline has now been out of order for almost 8 months!! We've reported this and communicated with Telkom countless times over the last 8 months, and we have received the most disgraceful service - no let me rephrase that - we've received no service or assistance whatsoever!! Only empty promises that the problem will be escalated to who knows where!! We've got pages and pages of facebook messenger messages of our communications with Telkom, all ro no avail! I can't believe how an elderly person, who has had a landline phone for decades can be given this kind of rubbish service!! It's disgusting to say the least!!

Telkom is PATHETIC!!
My elderly aunt's (84 years old) landline phone has been out of order since 14 December 2018. I have made countless enquiries, sent messages, had empty promises made that it would be fixed by certain dates, and now, two and a half months later, it is still out of order. I tried reporting it on the Telkom Community page, what a farce - I ended up going through all the motions, only to get to the submit button, to receive the message that the submission was not successful!!! This is so absolutely frustrating. My aunt receives a small pension, and cannot afford to use her cellphone!! What is wrong with Telkom that it takes this long to sort out a domestic landline problem?????
