Pathetic service
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Do yourself a favour and stay as far away from this insurance provider. Service is pathetic....my claim took more than 3 weeks to get authorised. I had to call in every single time and every step of the way there have been mistakes, incompetence, inconvenience to the customer and just a lack of customer service and pathetic customer experience. Clearly they do do not care about the customer, the experience and service they give. So long they get your premium...but when its time for them to render the service that you have been paying for, then they make the whole process and experience as horrible as possible. Every single one of the agents you deal with....it's a shrug of the shoulders it seems.

<p>A couple of years ago i invested with a company called AmathubaGold now known as Bid4gold. I have cancelled my investment and was told it wold take 6 months for the monies to be paid out. I will told that the money will be in my account on the 9th December. I have yet to receive this money. Everytime i follow up then there is always a story. No one can assist or you are told we will call you back. </p>
