I want to enquire about where I can lodge a complaint. On March, 9 this year my husband and I got married. He was gifted a police watch number at back of booklet PLWB2YR-20170814. Immediately when he opened it the battery was not working so we had to get that replaced the next day. Exactly one week after having it the strap broke (pin rusted!). This watch wasn’t even near water and only worn twice. We took it in and the place where it was bought SEDGARS refuses to either replace or repair the strap without payment. This is after we took it to a jeweller who confirmed there is definitely something faulty as the pins aren’t supposed to rust. We tried again and again SEDGARS refuses to help. It has been months now. My husband is at a point where he no longer wants the watch nor will he buy a Police watch again. This is really bad service! He had this on twice! This is not supposed to be the quality you put out there. And therefore I want to lodge a formal complaint.
