Unprofessional and poor workmanship
I would strongly advise you not to use this company to install your aircons. They damage our swimming heat pump and our fibre cables on installation. On first service by a different company was it discovered that poor quality pipes were used and that the pipework for 4 aircons corroded, resulting un gas leaks and compressor damage. The owner Steven Viviers was extremely rude and unprofessional when the feedback report were send to him, using crude language and being verbal abusive to a female. He is not taking any ownership for his poor workmanship.

Poor workmanship
I would strongly recommend that you think twice before you use Fusion Plumbing to do your plumbing work. Daniël from Fusion Plumbing issued us with a plumbing certificate for extensive plumbing work, but we discovered the following faults after the certificate was issued: 1. New toilets installed on hot water line 2. Washing machine, dishwasher and fridge water filtration connected to hot water line 3. New kitchen zinc plumbing pipes cut of flush with wall and not connected to outside galley. This caused extensive water damage to our newly installed kitchen cupboards. 4. Dishwasher and washing machine pipes not connected to outside galley. Our kitchen flooded due to this 5. Gerbert toilet not installed correctly 6. P-trapped not installed in shower. This contributed to extensive smell in bathroom and Daniël told us on three occasions to only ran water and to leave windows open, before our research found the problem. 7. Sewerage pipes from toilet not connected, leading to toilet waste in walls 8. Glass basins not installed properly. This caused a shattered basin Daniël will tell you that several elements of your current plumbing doesn’t met new plumbing standards and that it need to be replaced or that the pipes may start eroding/leaking in near future and need to be replaced. Don’t fall for this way of money making. Everything his company touched resulted in poor workmanship, additional cost and frustrations. You’ll be beter off to use another plumber from the start.

Dishonest
Marco Snell is a fraudster. He request a 70% deposit for installation of a glass garage door and never delivers. He delayed installation with several excuses - no stock, supplier didn’t order the door and then an issue with transport from Jnb. After three months of delays did he tell us that there was an increase in cost of our garage door and requested more money before he could install our door. This was were we smelled a rat and requested our money back. We are still waiting for a full refund of our money. Don’t trust Marco Snell.

Beautiful stained glass doors
Rudi and Werner Gort are two very talented people. They designed and installed stained glass windows for 3 of our doors. These doors are the most beautiful pieces of artwork and contribute to our daily joy. After one year we are even more pleased with our doors than on installation. Both Rudi and Werner were friendly and polite at all times. We would definitely recommend Hero stained glass.

Poor workmanship and rudeness
This company provided extremely poor customer service and their work is of low quality. Owner Sakkie Faure is rude and followed his own head instead of asking us what we liked. When we asked him to change shelves we were not satisfied with, he walked away from the project, causing a 4 month delay for us as we had to wait for new stock to arrive. We noticed all his poor workmanship after we moved in - cracked shelves that they hided out of eyesight. I won’t recommend this company.
