I bought a washing machine from Kasyies Discounters and I was offered delivery to Mamelodi at a fee of R350. The distance between the two locations is a 25min drive. Today is the day of delivery and I'm told to top up the money because it's far. Why was I not asked for my exact location on the day ?????? Why am I being asked for more money on the day of delivery???? This feels like a ****!!!
I did not get everything I bought on lay-buy,items were swopped or removed. Last year I bought some clothes from Ackermans on lay-buy,less than 3 months later I took them out. I fitted some of the clothes in the store. When I got home and tried the clothes on again,to my absolute shock,the coat I had bought was about 2 or 3 sizes bigger. I was able to exchange it for another item but this means that the coat in my size was removed from my lay-buy and never replaced!! This year I bought clothes there again on lay-buy and again I took paid it up in the next month. When I got home I realized that there were 2 pairs of jeans missing from the bag. I am so tired of Ackermans at this point! These are items we buy with hard-earned money and for our things to go missing or be swopped without bei g replaced like this is completely unacceptable!!! I am appalled by this kind of service!😡
I recently moved and I've been struggling to get good internet connection. I called Rain for assistance and I was told to login to Rain Go and updatey address. I did this and it doesn't update,plus I'm listed under a Cape Town address,not sure why because I'm in Pretoria. I called them again,I still haven't been assisted. Tried using the askrain bot,where my query was escalated and I received emails only no actual contact. Nothing seems to be wrong with the app because it was able to conveniently remind me of my payment which due.l, made the payment and it was updated on the app. I urgently need help with Rain,I can't be paying for internet I'm not getting!!!
The service at Shoprite in Tshwana Regional Mall is absolutely appalling!!! On 2 occasions I was unable to get a shopping trolley in the store and no one, absolutely no one could assist me. The trolleys were all outside in the parking lot and I obviously had no idea that I wouldn't find any in the store and a shopping trolley is really the last thing on my mind as I'm walking towards the store. I asked the security guard who then referred me to the manager on both occasions and I was told by the manager that there's nothing they can do. They were not called! Even though she saw me standing there with all my groceries!!! I am never going back to that Shoprite!
A security guard named Emmanuel at Brooklyn Mall deserves to be recognised for his excellent service. I called the mall yesterday trying to get hold of Ackerman's and he answered the phone as assisted me as best he could. He gave me the store's alternative number. He was very kind and friendly! I really appreciate your great service Emmanuel 😊😊😊
Yesterday I went to the mall to get the clothes I had put away on lay-by and I received it all and managed to check it. When I got home however I noticed that the coat that I got was about 2 sizes bigger. I'm almost certain that it was changed because I tried on the coat in the store when I made the lay-by. I tried calling the store a few times and the phone is never answer Nanking for extremely poor service. I have on several other occasions tried calling the store and they never pick up. They're basically unreasonable!!! In 2024.
I recently bought a cup from Tupperware for my son, these ones with the ring around them to hold because it's for hot beverages. I accidentally dropped it with some tea in it and it broke,the entire bottom part came off. When I told the person I had bought it from they told me that they would speak to their supplier/manager and that I would get a full refund as requested because I felt that another one would also end up braking at some stage. It's about the quality for me. I ended up not getting my refund and I was also told by the person I bought from and I quote" if it breaks again another one will be given to you". Basically if the cup keeps braking I will get another one but what if she or I move and we somehow lose contact or she stops selling Tupperware? When I contacted Tupperware's customer care I was told that the person who sold it to me should assist me and that if she can't her manager should then be the one to assist me. This is the person who then promised me a refund which I never got. I feel that I should have gotten my refund end of story as I'm no longer interested in the product at all.
I made an online purchase at Bloomable on the 13th of February 2024. It was clearly indicated on their website that purchases for delivery on the 14th of February 2024 had to be made and fully paid for by the 13th of February 2024 at 5pm. I made my payment at around 15:30 on the 13th of February 2024. I tried contacting you them on the morning of the 14th and I was told that they're only reachable via email. I sent an email which was responded to and I was asked for my order number which I proceeded to provide. My order was not delivered on the 14th. There is no way of tracking your order on their website once a payment is made. I contacted them again on the 15th of February 2024 requesting a full refund which was never responded to. It is the 16th of February 2024 and I still do not have my product. I am extremely disappointed and angry! I want all my money back!
I've been a Homechoice customer for the past year now and I've bought some things from them. sometime last year I bought a 3 piece comforter set and a few months later it began to come loose at the seams. I returned it in November last year and was told that I would be contacted by their customer care department. It has been more than 3 full months and I've heard nothing from them. Instead of assisting customers they'd rather harass our next of kin whose numbers we gave them to use if they can't reach you, their actual customer. My sister receives around 4 to 5 calls from them daily requesting their money. Their customer care number rings, is answered but the person on the other end seemingly can't hear you. All you get are endless hellos. How do you request money from an unhappy customer who you've failed in terms of quality for their hard-earned money and service delivery? The matter has not been attended to, yet payment is requested. I am not happy at all.
The service I received from Capitec Bank has been appalling lately. I had an issue with a transaction I needed to make which was unsuccessful, I still do not know the reason for this. I called their client care line 4 times and on all calls the call gets dropped before the matter could be resolved. I called in several other times during the week until I got someone who did attempt to assist me but evidently failed to complete the process of escalating the matter to the relevant party. So now my matter is still left hanging and unresolved for 2 weeks now and I still have not received my money back as this issue involves money that didn’t go through to the desired destination. I am tired of calling capitec bank and not being assisted.
