Ordered 28 February after begging and pleading 10 days later they delivered half my order, brought the wrong cheese I ordered a 2.5kn block of cheddar and got frozen grated processed cheese. They pomised they would deliver the rest of my order in the next week, nothing and I politely followed up a number of times with no answer. I eventually told them if they not going to deliver to refund me, no answer. On the 20th March I was told the warehouse have given me a credit, again I told them I dont want a credit I a refund because I dont want to order online again again no response!
I purchased their uncapped LTE service, paid the first month upfront, and received the router 2 weeks later, once set up I was getting speeds under 3mbps, and after multiple support chats and spending hours with them trying to get it sorted I canceled after 3 days. I have evidence of where support ghosted me when trying to resolve poor service. They finally agreed they would collect the router and refund me in accordance with Consumer Protection Act, it is now 6 weeks later and I still have not received the refund and there is no update on the ticket as to when I will receive my refund.
They are a scam I keep trying to apply,it then tells me to sign into my bank for them to view my bank statement and it keeps timing out. Support doesn't assist tried facebook and not coming right. Spoke to Nedbank and they said I should send bank statements which fasta wont accept
I have sent three queries over the last week and an email requesting feedback and have not heard anything from them. When I desperately urgently need the withdrawal to keep the roof over my head. It was submitted on the 25th of July and I see the status is cash pending and the date has changed from yesterday's date to today's? Why don't the keep a person updated.
