What flovor of **** ARE you smoking??
Same ****, different day. Useless network!! Useless support!! I advise anybody even remotely thinking of joining Rain to stay FAR away. 600MB download started before 09:00 this morning. It is now 15:35, download is 34% complete. Do the maths.

Absolute *******!! Pathetic network (and don't tell me you're upgrading the network, because you are not!) This has been a 5 year+ battle with absolutely NO improvement. On the contrary, the connection is worse now than it was 5 years ago.

Bunch of absolute *****s!!! Pathetic service, pathetic connection speed, pathetic website. Their incompetence in designing a website that works has caused them to flag my account as being in arrears. However, my bank statement can prove otherwise. Absolute trash!!!!

Pathetic!! I could author, publish, and distribute an entire novel in less time that it takes a webpage to load. Don't even mention the word "speed" because that is a concept Rain clearly does not understand. Poor, poor, poor!!!!!!!!

Beyond ***n useless!! 2nd time in 2 weeks now that connection is COMPLETELY lost. They can all eat **** and die. Don't be fooled by their "we're upgrading our network" BS!! 8+ years I've been by them and not a single improvement. On the contrary, a perfectly functioning cell mast at my place of work was decommissioned last year (for no apparent reason) with no prior public notice.

What a bunch of idiots!!! Three months have passed already since a cellphone mast was damaged on which Rain had transmitters. Due to the mast damage, there is NO Rain coverage surrounding that mast. The issue has been reported numerous times, and every time the same answer is given: "We will escalate the matter." BULL!!!! You're a bunch of ****s!!! How about pulling your heads out of your backsides, and sending someone to the site for a better understanding of the issue? I would not recommend Rain to ANYBODY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

ZERO service delivery
On 27 October 2024 a cellphone mast hosting Rain transmitters was blown over by strong winds. The matter was reported and the service provider responsible for the mast erected a temporary mast in the interim. However, the Rain transmitters were not carried over to the temporary mast. The result thereof is a total lack of Rain signal, as there are no other Rain towers in the surrounding area. This matter has been reported numerous times over the course of the last 8 weeks (with ticket numbers assigned), yet absolutely NOTHING has been done. No feedback, no call-backs as were promised, no results. Appauling!!!

Can I rate less than 1 star??? Connection on the ONLY tower serving the northern suburbs of Newcastle is BEYOND USELESS!!! I could send a letter via a non-existent Post Office and still get faster service. Oh, and let me guess....You're expanding / improving your network. BS!!!! This has been an issue for as many years as I have been trying to make use of your service. But lining your pockets is obviously first priority.

Rain is as useless as a concrete parachute
Absolutely beyond pathetic! USELESS!!! No internet for more than 1 week. And contacting them directly yields zero results. It takes more than 30 minutes of explaining to get them to understand that their own network is down. And even then they cannot assist. id10ts!!!!
