Lester charged me up front to repair an electronic device. He came around a few times, but was unable to repair the device which eventually completely failed and broke. He is now unreachable and is running away with people's cash. Please help put him to a stop.
Really struggle to watch on a Hisense smart TV! Just doesnt work. Have a 20mbps line and stream netflix and youtube without issue-but cannot get Showmax to stream. Really poor app and service. Not worth it.
Kelvinator Convection Microwave oven stopped working.<br> Sent the microwave in to the store where it was purchased as it is still under warranty.<br> Received all SMS's to confirm receipt with reference numbers. Received reference number from Electrolux (for Kelvinator).<br> Received sms's that technicians were sent to check the unit,<br> Received no feedback from then on.<br> Proceeded to call Electrolux who told me I need to call head office since the issue is now being dealt with by them.<br> I called head office CS and they told me I can go to the store where I bought the item and they should give me a replacement unit - since the process has been approved.<br> Problem:<br> No-one contacted me to tell me that the replacement was approved<br> No-one contacted the store to let them know that the replacement has been approved<br> Their operating hours are from 7.45 - 16.15 - so you cannot get hold of anyone outside of those hours which is before most people finish work for the day.<br> Their CS system is ridiculous and there needs to be a focus on customers and effective communication. I have been without a microwave unit for over 2 weeks.
