Absolutely inferior service. Placed an order at 09:30 on 13 October. Order arrived timeously but bread squashed, tomatoes so soft they are jammy and 4 items not delivered but all charged for. Call centre tried to assist and after many calls and mails, still no re-delivery as promised. After a final call I requested a full credit for damaged and missing items. NEVER again will I be using this app - PnP you have a very long way to go to catch up with your competitors.
We have dealt with Immigration Boutique on two separate occasions and have received fantastic and reliable service. The second occasion was for a fast-tracked certificate which during COVID interruptions was timeously sent. The feedback and updates keep you constantly informed as to progress. It is easy to speak to a consultant telephonically should the need arise - thank you especially to Adri and Shaleen, well done. We will definitely use Immigration Boutique again.
Signed up for Rewards programme and claimed a FREE upgrade from Compact Plus to Premium from 1/10/20 to 1/11/20 - received a mail congratulating me on getting a reward and to enjoy it - 5 calls and 3 Twitter messages and 3 days later still waiting for it to load!!!!! No assistance, call agents unaware of DSTV app Rewards programme so NO help. Complete misrepresentation by DSTV - if no further response will advise Ombudsman of this issue!
