Sent in a jigsaw that was still under warranty for repairs in the 18th of April, I've still not received it back. Have called the branch numerous times and mostly the calls get dropped because noone answers, I managed to speak to someone over a month ago who said it would be ready within 2 weeks and yet I am still waiting

How is such a big company so flippen useless, pathetic customer service! I got a top up contract middle of last year for my daughter only for them to give me a normal contract, so instead of paying R150.70 per month, I'm getting ridiculous bills of R700 and over. I've called the call center several times with absolutely no luck and some times get put on hold for literally hours!! I then communicated with your "social media team" eventually I was given an email address, and the call center number to contact for my contract, as I value my sanity I will not be calling your call center again, more than a week later a get a reply, giving me ANOTHER email address to request the recording, so I sent a request about a week ago and still have no reply......I'm done with this thievery and being given the run around. HOW DO I GET THE COPY OF MY CONTRACT RECORDING, WHICH BY LAW I AM ENTITLED TO? Do I have to contact the ombudsman to sort this out?
I applied online for a Telkom cellphone contract on the 13th April, after going through the whole process and it being accepted, the operator that spoke to me said that I would receive the phone 3-5 days after my account was debited, my account was debited on the 19th April and 5 days later instead of receiving a phone I received an sms saying they were out of stock, this was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. More than two weeks later I have heard nothing from Telkom after send repeated emails to the info email address that they provided on the sms. Why the heck did they not say from the get go that they had no stock? And the poor customer service thereafter is shocking!!!! Quick to debit money from ones account but not so quick to provide the phone and service that was offered. So I am left with no other option but to name and shame! Perhaps now I will actually get a response!!!!!
