Excellent Service
<p>On 23 November 2016, I was in a motor vehicle accident that was not my fault. My vehicle was severely damaged (written off). The other party in the accident was hostile and not cooperative. Fortunately Brooklyn Towing was almost immediately on the scene and the husband and wife team assisted me in a wonderful way. I could not exit the vehicle from the driver's side and was in shock. My cell phone's battery was also flat.</p> <p>The gentleman communicated with the other party and got all the neccessary information from him, while the lady immediately called my insurance company on my behalf. She also let me call my husband from her phone and took pictures from the accident scene, license disks, number plates, etc.</p> <p>They got permission from my insurance company to remove my vehicle since it was unable to be driven and also saw that I was taken home safely. All my posessions was removed from the vehicle and I was assisted as needed.</p> <p>They were friendly and sympathetic. I'm sure if they did not show up when they did, the situation whould have turned out much different.</p>

EXCELLENT SERVICE

The driver from the other vehicle was hostile and not cooperative. Fortunately BROOKLYN TOWING (PTY) LTD appeared on the scene almost immediately and the husband and wife team assisted me tremendously. The gentleman handled the other party and got all the neccessary information from him, while the lady took pictures from the scene, license disks, number plates, etc. , she let me call my husband from her phone and she also immediately called OUTSURANCE and spoke with SAKHILE NDLALANE who took down all the details, and he also spoke with me and made sure if I was all right, confirmed the information and gave Brooklyn towing permission to remove the vehicle form the scene.</p> <p>Ms. ANNEKE VISSER from OUTSURANCE LEGAL - LEGAL RECOVERIES was tasked with the recovery of my co-payment from the other party. In the light of the fact that the other party went out of his way to give us false information and also denied that he had insurance, she was able to recover our co-payment from his insurance company in a record time of less than two months.</p> <p>The only pity is that we lost our no-claim bonus in the process though no fault of ours!</p> <p> </p>

EXCELLENT SERVICE
We had a blocked drain and the personnel of PJ Pro Services went out of their way to solve the problem. Not only did they clean the cleaning eyes as previous plumbers did, they also went down the manhole and solved the problem satisfactorily. They render a prompt, professional and friendly service. Their number are now on top of our emergency number list!
