I'm not sure which Nuvita Care everyone is complaining about? I had a great experience! Although the delivery took longer than I would have liked, I was sent an update email almost every day and I could track my package every step of the way. Thank you Nuvita!

Amazing telephone service, but zero follow-through. After ordering fibre with them, two weeks later (on 3 October) they admitted they made a mistake, said they would fix it, and would call me back. I never had fibre installed by them. Then, despite not receiving any service, I received a statement charging me for two months of fibre. I reached out to ensure they would not debit my account, as they were not providing a service. I even received written confirmation of the cancellation and a guarantee that no money would be deducted. Yet R1,315.66 was debited from my account. Unacceptable. This feels like *****ulent behaviour.
Order #1218 Confirmed 21 December Fulfillment status: Confirmed Confirmed Updated 21 December 2024 We've received your order. I spoke to someone on the chat function on their website before I placed the order and was advised I would receive my order on 24 December 2024 as they are based in Midrand. Now no one is responding and have had no feedback. Is this a ****? At least give us a clue to bend over!
