Cancelled subscription in 2021/02/03. Every month they still deduct a payment. Send numerous emails to retentions. They just ignore my emails. Try to phone them. You never get to speak to a person. Just the telephone menu which takes you in circles.

Clueless about customer service
Stay away. After sales service non-existing. They don't respond to emails, whatsapp or phone calls. Still owe me goods that was never delivered. BAD BAD BAD. Wonder how many of the 15000 customers they claim to have served they cheated out of money.

WHS SOLAR GROUP
WHS SOLAR GROUP have unbelievable specials on there Lithium ION batteries. Don't trust them. The quote you receive state there business address as Midrand Industrial Park. Get there and security informs you that they have many guest arriving but there is no such company. Whatapp the number to be told there Warehouse in in 116 Kruger Midrand. Got there only to find Rent a Storage an no more replies from whatsapp number. BE WARNED !!!!!!!!
