Be WARNED!
If there was a zero star rating, this would be my rating. Gomolemo does not break the stereotype that black business owners are greedy and without skills. They go into business to enrich themselves and lack the required acumen in their fields. If you are building, revamping or renovating, do not be fooled into giving this business a chance. You will struggle and spend much more to repair/fix his mistakes. We had our electrical wiring done using cheap aluminium cables instead of the standard copper cables and worst of all, they were flying around and not in conduit pipes. Our roof is not installed according to plan specifications but his "engineer" signed off! Gomolemo is a ***** of note!! Our last resort is the courts to get what is due to us... oh and what-out for his new company, different name but ran by the same clueless person!!!!

Dissapointed and digruntled STA traveller
Booked a trip to Thailand with a friend last year, paid the trip on time with numerous back and forth of emails requesting clarification on certain issues. Taariq Abrahams (now manager @Cavendish store) sold us the trip and did not provide important information regarding the last part of the tour. Firstly, our airport transfer was not arranged by STA (which was included), had to run around in BKK airport looking for credible taxi's to take us to Bangkok hotel, only to find that we missed the first day of our tour. Secondly, we had to find out from the tour guide that the tour ends 3 days before our departure date, we had no accommodation nor transportation to take us back to Bangkok from Koh Tao. Called and sent emails to Taariq numerous times only to be told that he is in meetings and that we chose a cheaper tour. Whose responsibility is it to inform clients of the advantages and disadvantages of their tour? I am completely disappointed and disgusted of the service we received from a whole manager of store. We were worried sick and frustrated overseas with absolutely no assistance from STA. Thanks for almost ruining our experience, if it wasn't for Mint from G Adventures, we would have had a mess of a trip!! I am never using STA travel for anything, if you want peace of mind book your trip yourself or use another agent
