After I asked for a withdrawal and my account to be closed trades were entered into without my permission or participation. The funds were wiped out. Coin Markets is a big scam. Don't use the business on any level
<p>After all my complains I received a call and data usage download. I was told it is my problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. How can I use 91 sessions from 00:18 to 00:22 on the 1st of January? I was asleep!</p> <p>2. How can I use 1281 sessions from 14:19 to 15:54 on the 3rd of January?</p> <p> </p> <p>My laptop was checked by our company IT department. There is no high flow of data anyware to be found!</p> <p> </p> <p>What kind of fool does Vodacom think I am?</p>
<p> After 5 gig went missing and the investigation is not finished I had to buy a data bundle. The website said they were experiencing technical problems no transaction can take place. Later I received a SMS to say that I actually bought 2 gig. That was yesterday at the office. I checked om my Vodacom profile, it said that I had data available. At home last night is was gone! I drove to Vodamcom Midrand today to try and sort out the problem. What a disappointment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm still waiting for three phone calls from Vodacom to tell me what is happening!</p>
<p>1. On the 3rd of January my data bundle for the month shows a zero balance without being used on the 1st and 2nd. The problem has been reported.</p> <p>2. I need data after office hours. I can't wait for Vodacom to sort out the problem.</p> <p>3. No data can be bought on the Vodacom website. It says an error acured. I have tride twenty times. The call centre can't help. Using *111# does the same.</p>
1.My May account showed R14,935.83 in data usage. Had to drive to Midrand in order to try and sort the problem. The itemised billing showed me that at the time of the usage I was in bed! I had to settle for R1,000.<br> 2.The June account showed R4,324.05 of data usage. At the end I had to settle for R300. 3.My cell phone was off line for three weeks during the period I was in contact with Vodacom to sort their mess. At the end of June I had a balance of 488 minutes. The 1st of August it was missing. I was told by a customer services agent that I was supposed to have taken a snap shot of the information on my cell phone. 4.For September and October I lost carry over minutes of 593. 5.My 3G card could not be used in the months of June, July, September and November. Each time I was told that my data was finished. And I never used it once in those months! 6.My itemised billing for November shows extra roaming fees from UK and Germany Vodacom for R345.12 in total. Never showed before on trips. Yes I was in those countries.7.Lastly. My November itemised billing shows a roaming fee of R26.31 for Lesotho. I drove to Ladybrand for the day. Phoned the call centre after receiving a SMS to say there is abnormal usage of data on my phone. Logged a complaint and received a reference number. 1. My phone line has been blocked. Was told that if it is not blocked I accept the charges for the data. How must I communicate for business and personal matters? 2. Why was I not phoned earlier if there is abnormal usage? My average account should be around R2,000 per month.<br> I urgently need an answer to what is wrong.
