I have been waiting for almost 2 months for Vodacom to get back to me to resolve their ***** up with my debit order, and still no one has bothered to contact me.
End of last month I got debited double by vodacom. I had a payment agreement with Vodacoms collection agency. I was in arrears and this worked for me. It seems I missed a payment and Vodacom decided to take over collections again and double debited me a much greater amount than agreed. The collection also collected the agreed fee. So I have been charged 3,5 times in one month. I can understand a month in arrears but that the collection agency is collecting and vodacom is not right. Vodacom also collected way more than the agreed amount. I called customer care several times, and while trying to resolve this that either vodacom or their collection agency should collect the agreed amount. I requested that they stop the collection agency collecting. I was told I have to contact this agency, of whom I have no info on. I would think if Vodacom handed my account to them and then took it back they should cancel it with the collection agency. Instead I was told by a very rude help agent from Vodacom I have to contact the collection agency and cancel it. The female help agent also stated it was my fault this happened which is grossly unfair as I am not the one dealing with this agency. The responsibility lies on vodacom to sort this out. Its been a month and no one has sorted it out. I cant wait for my contract to end to be rid of them.
Already put a review, but no help. They hand me over and I get debited. So we had an agreement I would pay x amount. I missed last month. So I get debited by the agreement and then more than double by vodacom. No one bothered to contact me. I spoke to an agent, who was competent but not very helpful. I am now sitting without money while they **** me around passing me from dept to dept.
I have been debited 3 times this month by vodacom. When I spoke to the representative they told me my account was handed over bit is now back with them. Yet the company handed over to debited my account. When I asked them to assist me I was told I have to contact them myself. They in no way offered to assist me. The female representative with very rude and argumentative, claiming it was my fault. Not impressed at all. Disgusting service.
