As always very good and efficient service. The sales lady was effective, polite and helpful
Ordered and paid for cricket stumps and no delivery. No effort in replying to mails.
I recently settled my home loan account. ABSA owes me money due to insurance being cancelled. I was told I will get my refund in 3-5 days. Now today (14 days later) I am told my account is frozen and I must first fica. This while I have been in constant contact with ABSA for the last month they only tell me now. Why is it so hard to get one’s own money from a bank?? Really dissatisfied and disappointing.
We experienced a big hail storm on 9 Jan'16 and reported it to ABSA. I finally received a call (for the first time from them) on 6 April'16. Only to hear that our claim is not approved. Apparently our damages carport was not built right. We bought the house 10 years ago taking out a loan with ABSA and ABSA doing the valuation. ABSA should have informed me that the structure was a problem but instead decided to take 10 years' installments from me......stealing my money!!! I was forced to make use of ABSA insurance as I took the loan from them....ideally manipulating their clients. This is also not the first time that they are refusing to approve a claim!!!! ABSA is a useless company not respecting their clients. I had to do the phoning for the past 3 months. Not once phoning me first or keeping me up to date with the progress of the claim. I believe I was robbed from thousands of rands as they never intended of keeping their end of their contractual obligation......nor ever intending to approve any claim on the carport. I believe I was misled and \crooked\" in my business dealings with ABSA, a bank I have been a client of for the past 25 years!!!!!"
I only buy Ryobi products. I recently let go of our garden service provider and decided to buy my own garden tools....obvious choice..Ryobi. To my dismay both tools..(petrol edge cutter & manual push roller blade mower) seems to be faulty. The mowers roller keeps on falling out and the handles keep on bending. The edge cutter leaks. I don't even have a big garden (60squares). I have misplaced my receipt and the retailer can't do anything. I normally buy my tools from Makro or game, but both we're sold out on their Ryobi garden tools, and I was forced to buy from mica, being the only one who had stock. I am truly disappointed as I must now once again spend money on a new mower.
I decided to buy this mower as we had a similar one as a child, and I have two boys who can just cut the grass without any worries about a power cable etc.

Please advise what I could do, as both products are just over 6 months old, and already giving problems. These tools are not cheap as I paid close to R2000 for both. There were other brands, but as a loyal Ryobi user the choice was easy to make.

I believe I just bought two \duts"....a problem of mass production.

Please assist.
"""
