States that they repair on-site, took my tv away to fix off site. Stating that cost will be around R2500. Two weeks later phoned and state that the cost is R6850 and that it was repaired already by the china man. Say they charge depending on value of tv. After dodgeing me now for two months still no tv. Bunch of ****** don't deal with them. Invoice doesn't even match name but phone number does.
Ordered products online from Newmarket store in Alberton on 29th November . Showed they had stock but till today 17th December still no delivery. As from the 13th everyday get message delivery cancelled will reschedule, no call nothing
Trying to resolve fibre connection since went down Friday 21 May. Phoning them after waiting in queue since caller 38. Get trough trying what agent said still not working, agent said technicial will call. Still not call from technicial phoned again nr 76 in queue next day...tried for 38min online trying to resolve still not working. Phoned again today 27 May 38 in queue put down phoned new sales trough immediately asked to be transferred to cancelations and again nr 28 in queue. Phoned call centre again ask for the first time for a case nr. No one gave me a case nr this whole period, asked to be transferred to cancellation again 42 in queue. Bad ISP DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. No alternative way to call or mail them....
