Disgusting law firm service
Total *******s . Was charged consultation which was gladly paid . They requested a deposit of R13800 to attend to a custody case . Spent 17 mins in court but was more interested in another case which they were there for as well . Attorney was not prepared for the case and case was dismissed. I then requested they charge me for their time in court and refund me my balance of my deposit. Conveniently , they sent an invoice for R13900 for services rendered . Their travel charge to come to Randburg court from Randpark ridge was R4900 . Charged for 1h45 min in court when in fact it was 17min . I recorded the timelines . Please stay clear from this firm as they are only interested in money and not the interest of their clients . Extremely disappointing from a law firm who obviously use the law to their advantage and rip clients off .

Pathetic Service delivery
Purchased a microwave in October 2024 from Makro Strubensvalley . Microwave Pc board blew . Still under warranty . Took it in for repairs . Waited 2 and half weeks for the repairs to be done . Finally got a call from makro to come and collect . Brought it home and noticed the entire front cover is loose and not coming on . It’s in a worst condition than when I sent it in . Tried calling and NO ONE answers their phones . They not prepared to replace either . Worse service I ever received. Will never buy there again nor any Defy product . To date no one from Makro has contacted me after they promised to call back .

Pathetic Service delivery
I just want to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in your delivery service . I was sent an sms 14:02 to inform me that the order was picked up by your courier. I was told that delivery would be between 12 and 6pm . After repeated calls to your courier driver , SHE eventually arrived at 7pm . Makro sent 2 ladies to deliver a washing machine ????? They could not carry it off from the bakkie and furthermore it was supposed to be delivered to my UPSTAIRS apartment . Absolutely shocking to expect a lady to carry a washing machine . I am in total shock that Makro would expect a lady to carry such a heavy item . I had to arrange for someone to help her off load it from the bakkie . The lady eventually left it outside in the parking lot to lay outside for the night and now I have to employ 2 males to carry it upstairs tomorrow. Let alone the inconvenience of wasting my time and entire day , I have to waste the morning as well trying to arrange labour to carry this item . I am totally disgusted at your pathetic service delivery. I guess I will not even get a response either . Will never support this establishment again .
