A friend phoned me in a panic. He flew to CPT and upon arrival at the car rental place he realized his drivers had expired. So he went to renew it and was told, you have a warrant for an outstanding fine as well as 2 others. He was attending a lecture for a few days and was not able to handle matters himself and called on my help too assist. I finally for hold of a person on the number they had given him and they gave me this companies web page. And there was everything I needed. I paid everything and told him to hold on a few days for it to reflect on Natis. He called the number again and they picked up the payment and sorted it out immediately. 4 days layer he has his temp license and is able to fly and rent a car at his next destination. In all my years, I have never received such service from a business. Beyond the call if duty does not even come close. I ordered my items online. Waheeda assisted with my large quantity and color choice. My items were ready within days and was shipped off. All this within a very short time period. Her service was prompt, on point and I was kept in the loop all the way. On pick-up of my order, when I found myself in a personal dillema, I called on Waheeda not knowing what to do. I was a woman alone. She asked for my location pin and she reached out and Sipho, their regional manager, was literally at my side within 10 minutes and aided me. I have made travel arrangements for myself, I'm disabled , on a disability pension, and am travelling to Jhb for my RAF claim. Previous visits has been medical, next week is my court date. Mango airlines accepts a card holder making reservations for another. Ie card holder being my parents, and me being their daughter. My flights have been booked and now when I needed to book for a one night stay in Jhb online with Edgar's travel. It said problem with card. I called in, lady said itbseems funds are zero. Said impossible and she promised to call me back. Nothing.I emailed the following day. Still no response. I returned yesterday from Jhb and my mom called the travel desk asking why have we not been aided, person could not answer. Looked up on the account and said there is over 6 thousand available. And promised to find out what's happening and to call us back. Nothing. I have used twitter, complaining. No response. Can you please assist for this is horrific. I made the booking last Saturday. Flying in the late evening, I need a hotel with an airport shuttle that runs after 10pm and that does not cost thousands. With this delay I doubt that my booking even exists. Emergency.Pls help
