We were unfortunate to have to deal with Rise properties. In all our years in property, this was the most unpleasant company we ever dealt with.

I once had my wisdom-tooth removed in very rural Africa. The “doctor” had a rock the size of a tennis ball and a size 15 spanner for tools and the only sedative available was a pint of brake fluid and an expired Panado. Till this day I cannot chew anything harder than candy floss in the right side of my mouth and the hole in is so large it created an echo. Yet it was a better experience than having to deal with this company. Sue me if you like (and we know you do) but it will be a glorious day when I don't have to deal with them again!
