Do not appoint Rise Property Solutions to manage your sectional title complex
Hellopeter needs to add a ZERO star option so we can award it to ************ *****ed companies like Rise Property Solutions. They have just been appointed as managing agents at The Blyde in Pretoria East, they're flying in at a speed of 340 km/h chasing after imposing ******* penalties on owners for literally anything. They are "handing over" body corporate levy accounts internally to themselves, and they feel no shame for their blatant ******** conduct. I made a payment of R700 into my levy account yesterday, today they me a statement showing an entry of R80.00 levied as a collection penalty on my R700 which I have paid into the BC bank account, not a debt collecting bank account. I'm an attorney and I am not going to let them get away with their crime. For all people who read this review - MAKE SURE TO NEVER APPOINT THESE ****** as your sectional title scheme managing agents, you are going to create a lot of unnecessary problems for your complex. As an owner in a complex managed by these Rise Property Solutions fly by night ********s start going through your account statements with a fine toothed comb, you will see all the ******* charges they add to your account.

Rise Property Solutions
Rise Property Solution is by far the best managing agency I have come across. It is easy to point fingers without knowing the facts. Unfortunately a managing agent will always be the middle man and as such be in the spotlight. I will recommend Rise Property Solution anytime as they will go a mile for you. Thank you specially to Somaria for all your assistance regarding my roof leakage and that you sort out the insurance in a short time. You are the best. Thank you for all your hard work Rise Property Solution your the best.

Rise Property Solution is by far the best managing agency I have come across. It is easy to point fingers without knowing the facts. Unfortunately a managing agent will always be the middle man and as such be in the spotlight. I will recommend Rise Property Solution anytime as they will go a mile for you. Levies
Please stop over billing me I've been inquiring about arrears which where included in my levies from December, I've never skipped month and I've been told that I have arrears and when I call Rise spoke to Julene who couldn't answer which month I have skipped and I was told my issue was escalated but with no feedback I'm getting emails and sms telling me that my account was handed over and I need to settle the arrears,, Question remains for which month!!!!!!! PLEASE ASSIST I'M TIRED OF THIS PEOPLE

I was billed which I believe it was over billing, I requested water readings as prove of the amount that reflects on my statement. Leilane told me they have requested a statement for me which to date I haven’t received. The over billing was for October to my surprise in November it went sky up again and I have been following up on my request with no help from the company. I am not determined to pay for something I don’t know thus I requested for the readings. In a nutshell, this company has been a nightmare for me and unreliable. Doing business with Rise has been difficult and unfruitful.

Bad Experience with Rise
We have not renewed our contract with Rise Property as they were deemed an unsuitable partner in year one of the 3 year contract and it never got better in the next two years. Suffice it to say if I had to, I would not recommend this management agent to even my worst enemy. It was a real nightmare dealing with them. 1. I never felt like Rise respected us as a client...very condescending 2. So often Rise will quote the Act when its in their favour but never when its against them. 3. Management Agents will always know the law more than BOT members and this was largely abused by Rise. 4. I dont know how many time Rise threatened to sue BOT members... 5. The list goes on My real concern is that the system allows for service providers like Rise to continue operating with impunity...I remember once we reported them to CSOS and the person helping us at CSOS was told to seat down because of a technicality which required time and energy i did not have. The processes of PPRA do not make it easy to hold service providers like Rise to account and unfortunately they will continue to operate with impunity...i know this because the MA we had before Rise was just as bad and continues to operate with no consequences. People like me will come to Hello Peter with the hope of preventing others to fall into the same misfortune as us...that is mainly the purpose of this review.

incorrect water charge on levy statement osdic centre
I am really disappointed in the service i have received from this institution they charged me incorrectly under water usage for 2 months in a row and when i ask i was told they are waiting for plumbers report but i have to pay whatever that is charged because i will be handed over to their legal department if i dont pay the full amount, this month when i send an email to enquire the person is no longer replying my emails, last month she said there was an issue with some units with water readings but this was never communicated with the owners i really cannot wait to sell this property the difference i am being charged is way too much and they said they not even sure if i will get a refund
