I settled their loan on the 26th August, then I called to get a paid up letter. To my dismay, I paid more than what was required and I was told to wait for my refund to be paid back then only I can get a paid up letter. Today I called asking why my refund has not being paid back to me, I was then assured that no later than tomorrow I will receive it. When I check my emails I discover that they want tons of documents from me to get my refund back and get my paid up letter, things which were never communicated. I am livid by direct axis. They are *********** and nonsensical!!! I want my refund and paid up later!!! I don’t owe them a cent and refuse to be taken from post to pillar like this.
Withdraw money from Capitec ATM unfortunately the atm didn’t dispense money but the account was debited. Immediately called Post bank, after holding for 40 mins i finally spoke to Lindiwe Khumalo who said I shouldn’t worry because the atm will auto correct, the money will love bank into the account after 24hrs. From experience I know the bank normally auto correct immediately but because I don’t know how this bank works I trusted the word given to me by Lindiwe. To say the least, it’s after 72hrs all the money is still not back into the account, I called Post bank again yesterday but the line was not working and unfortunately that is the only line they have. Does Post bank take advantage of the most vulnerable? This question stems from the fact that I have seen similar complaints on this platform, month in and month out. This screams a pattern to me, what is this nonsensical bank doing about such complaints? Is it coz their customers are sassa people who are really in need? Do they care all together? Our elderly people are always confronted but such service and I can imagine how they don’t know how to resolve this. Why would that Lindiwe lady give me incorrect information? Isn’t she knowledgeable about their products and services? This is utterly unacceptable!!! This bank will bring back this money, I am not letting this go!
I was billed which I believe it was over billing, I requested water readings as prove of the amount that reflects on my statement. Leilane told me they have requested a statement for me which to date I haven’t received. The over billing was for October to my surprise in November it went sky up again and I have been following up on my request with no help from the company. I am not determined to pay for something I don’t know thus I requested for the readings. In a nutshell, this company has been a nightmare for me and unreliable. Doing business with Rise has been difficult and unfruitful.
I bought a wedding ring from Fourways mall branch after a few weeks I was called and told the store closed I should fetch it at Clearwater mall, I took a month before going there when I arrived the store is closed as well. I paid for the ring, as we speak I called 15 branches both Johannesburg and Pretoria and no one is picking up. Yesterday I went to Eastrand mall and the store is closed there aswell. I don’t know how and where to reach nwj anymore!
I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance
I bought medium chips at Norkem Corner and I waited for over 30 mins with no explanation none whatsoever. The teller was chewing a gum while serving customers. Their service is appalling!
I had a car cover with them, experienced difficulties which resulted in one month missed debit. They cancelled my cover immediately, I tried to get the cover back I was told I cannot be covered by them anymore. To my surprise, few months later they came into my account to debit me yet I was told I can't be covered. Now I am covered as where and they have debited my account. I am livid!
The service on the phone was amazing, lock Smith arrived in less than 30 mins which was very efficient. I was busy with something when he arrived and politely asked him to wait for me for 10 mins because on the phone I was told he will arrive in an hour. That guy was so angry, and rude. I am not pleased with him, even when he called me his attitude on the phone was arrogant. He truly gave me a different service from all the ladies I spoke to on the phone.
Slow service, waited in a que for 30 minutes with only 1 teller working. No care nothing, other 3 stuff members just roaming around. Poor service delivery.
