Worst of the Worst
My husband, working for the embassy has to use Discovery for our medical aid. We are busy trying to get the embassy to change providers as we have only experienced the worse service. In my recent situation, we had asked and followed up with Discovery since January for feedback and still nothing.

The Very Best of The Best
I have always only received the best service instore and online. In a recent instance a lovely lady by the name Cherylene at the Customer Care line went above and beyond. (Even though they didnt have to) I was assisted within an hour of my initial email and have received swift responses ever since. I would like to thank Cherylene and the whole Forever New team for always providing excellent service! And excellent products might I add.

Best of the Best
Rise Property Solution is by far the best managing agency I have come across. It is easy to point fingers without knowing the facts. Unfortunately a managing agent will always be the middle man and as such be in the spotlight. Bad Service
No communication. They fail to keep to the scheduled day of repairs. They don’t answer their calls.

SCAM!
Never will I purchase something from OneDayOnly. The courier service they use is Dpd laser and the parcel never gets delivered!

DO NOT USE THEM
Worst Service Ever. They said they were at the gate and tried calling me but no one was there. I also had to call numerous times. Every time i get to the front of the line then the phone goes dead.

WORSTE SERVICE EVER
Frogfoot is a disgrace. I feel so embarrassed that I recommended them to my landlords. It has been a month since they were suppose to repair the supposed damaged line in Waverley Breyer Lane and still today nothing. Absolutely appalled!
