Lourens knows Dental Stuff
Lourens has been our trusted Nerd for years now. We are a Prosthodontic practice dealing with patients records, which he has made sure has been safe and secure. He as been with us from the start and handles our backups, hardware and networking. We can honestly say we can not do this without his services.

Credit amounts taken from peoples accounts without their consent
I had a credit on my Jet account. With no subscriptions, and no reason to look at the statements they kept on sending me, I left it. After a few months I openend one and saw that they were deducting a R34 monthly charges untill a 0 balance. When I phoned the call centre a lady told me that they deduct this money from everyone until the credit amount is used up and this is my own fault for having a credit in the first place. She is also not interested in helping me recover my money. I am writing this review to everybody to make people aware of how RCS is taking money from people without them knowing or consenting to it. As this is not a subscription that you signed for or authorized. My account has been closed since.
