Ek is ’n vrou wat alleen moes huis toe ry om 19:00 die aand, en my ervaring met Warnatu was absoluut uitstaande! Ek het van die eerste oomblik af veilig gevoel. Die bestuurder was vriendelik, professioneel en het my op my gemak laat voel. Dit was só lekker om te kan ontspan en nie bang te wees nie. Baie dankie, Warnatu, vir ’n diens wat regtig veiligheid en gemoedsrus eerste stel – ek beveel julle beslis aan!
I when to the the Welkom Virgin Active this afternoon and I was totally shocked about the attitude towards the members of the gym especially for the reception staff. First all they were rude and you could see that they did not want to help or talk to anyone. The receptionist are the face of the gym because they are the first people you meet, in this difficult time even if you have a bad day you should uphold the image of the club. I book classes in advanced so that I do not have to stand in line to go in to the gym. Today I stood in line for more than 5 minutes and when I went in to the reception, showed my booking to ask if I can enter they said I should still wait. I was not the only one that had to go through this and complained that we book so that we don’t have to stand in a line. If the gym knows that they have a limit why do they fill the gym up and let the people who book stand in a line. I am not trying to put Welkom Virgin Active in a bad light, but if I don’t complain no one will know that there are problems.
