Eklavya is a registered entity in SA. However, Monetagarde use their license to trade. The broker Adam, (? Banks) called me almost daily wanting me to invest more money. Even suggesting I draw money from my credit card and invest it through him. I began to feel Uneasy about the way they operated. Phones calls were from all over the world, yet they claimed to be South African. I was shown how to withdraw money from my portfolio at any time. But when I tried on 8th October Webtrader said i still had open positions and i could not withdraw my money. This after telling me I could withdraw whenever I needed and me instructing Adam on the 9th to close my account. Suddenly there were excuses and stalling and i was told to read the fine print on "our" contract - which I do not have. I was also advised that my portfolio was wiped out on the 10th due to the market crashing and I was left with$33. When I said I was reporting them to the FCSA, I received a call from Max and then their "manager" Thomas. Thomas proposed that They would deposit $10000 into my account until they could recoup my losses and then I could decide on whether to continue trading with them. But, I had to sign a waiver, which i refuse to do. It is my opinion that this is a Ponzi scheme which is destroying people's savings.

I though I had hit the jackpot with Adam's trading advice initially. Then he became really pushy, even suggesting I take money out of my credit card to invest. He phoned me almost daily and I began to feel uncomfortable with his attitude. And so I decided to withdraw my money ( which I was advised could happen instantly. this was not the case. |He now did he needed 5 - 7 working days to liquidate the assets and I need do nothing, he would handle it all. Then he vanished into thin air and during this time there was a slump in the NYSE. My account now stood at $0.00 This is a ponzi scheme of note, I have reported them to the FSCA but want to warn people against Eklavya and Solais. My savings are gone and now they are trying to get me to sign a waiver saying they weren't responsible?I requested liquidation of the portfolio 3 weeks prior to the market crash. I hold Adam and Eklavya responsible for this loss. They are down and right ****s, trained to run ponzi schemes. The out to be stripped of their rights to function as asset mangers or brokers. I want my money back! Amanda

I purchashed a product from them, which looked as it delivered hot air. Instead I got this brush, with a black glove - whuch burned my hand badly. False advertising and a dangerous product will singe your hair. Poor customer service making promises to come back to me and they never do. I have not used the product since it burned my hand. Its still in original packaging and I’d like a full refund and will return the product.
